SHAWN CAMPBELL
Managing Director
Shawn has over 12 years of experience in real estate finance, private
equity, debt financing, and mergers and acquisitions consulting.
Prior to HFS, Mr. Campbell was with Silver Pacific Advisors,
a boutique investment bank, where he was involved in over $300
million in real estate debt and equity financings in the southwestern
United States. Before Silver Pacific Advisors, Mr. Campbell was
with Encore Capital, where he executed over $100 million in private
equity investments in real estate technology companies. Mr. Campbell’s
early career was spent in investment banking at Salomon Smith
Barney and Arthur Andersen.
He holds an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA. He also holds
an MA in International Economics and a BA in Economics from Stanford
University.
